Wear resistance and Frictional stability are key performance requirements for brake lining. Automotive brake
linings are usually made of various ingredients such as binder, filler, friction modifiers and reinforcement. Staple fibers are used as reinforcement
fibers and can be polymeric, mineral or metallic.
